RANGE
Coming to iPhone

Tap a muscle on a 3D body and say how bad it is. RANGE gives you a short routine for that muscle, that level of pain and the equipment you have, even if that's nothing but a floor.

Join the waitlist and your first month is free. Everyone else gets two weeks.

How it works

Three screens from the app as it is today.

RANGE showing neck stretches at moderate pain, each with a dose and short instructions.

1Say where and how bad

Pick the muscle, then mild, moderate or severe. Each stretch comes with a dose and plain instructions, including when to stop.

Day 1 of the Desk Neck and Shoulders program, starting with shoulder rolls.

2Follow a few minutes a day

Do a single session, or one of four short programs like the Lower Back 7-Day Reset. The exercises rotate, so day four isn't day one again.

The RANGE calendar for September with logged sessions, a 12-day streak and an average effort of 5.

3Plan training and recovery

Log sessions and how hard they felt, plan rest days, get a daily reminder. From that, RANGE tells you each morning whether it's a day to push or to rest.

Try the exercise library

These are the real exercises from the app: 113 of them across 15 muscle groups. Pick a muscle and a pain level.

Arc, a coach that has read your log

Ask what to do today and Arc answers from your own numbers instead of a generic plan.

It sees your readiness, streak, recent pain and the equipment you have.
It keeps short notes from earlier chats, so you don't repeat yourself.
It asks for your consent before anything is sent, and you can turn that off.

To answer, your message and a short summary of your data go to our AI provider. That's the one thing in RANGE that isn't end-to-end encrypted. Arc isn't a doctor either: for sharp or lasting pain, see one.

Questions

What do I get for joining the waitlist?

One email when RANGE is in the App Store, with a code for a free month. Without the code it's two weeks. No newsletter.

When does it launch?

When it's ready, on iPhone first. You'll hear about it once, by email.

Why sign in with Apple or Google here?

Only to save typing. We take the verified email address and nothing else, and no account is created yet. Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real one, which works just as well.

Is RANGE a medical device?

No. It's for recovery and supplementary training. At "severe" it switches to gentle movement and rest, and every session has a "Too painful?" button for an easier move. For sharp, severe or lasting pain, see a doctor or physiotherapist.

Do I need equipment?

No. 107 of the 113 exercises need nothing but a floor. Tell RANGE you have no gear and it won't suggest the other six.

Which languages?

English, Slovenian, German, Italian, French and Spanish.

How do I get off the list?

Email svitven.personal@gmail.com and your address is deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
